I used to be able to do one because i took a tumbling class but i fell on my head and my neck cracked. I wana do it again but im to scared got anytips on how i can get it back. th last time i did it was a couple months ago. PLEASE HELP ME!!

you just have to face your fears and do it again. one of my old coaches dropped me on my neck one time when i was learning my full. it was scarey and it shocked me pretty bad. but i had to get over tht and do it again. and i was fine the next time i did it. the same w/ my double. . . my coach made me do it by myself for the first time, and i didnt spot my landing cause i was nervous. so i landed on my back instead of my feet. and after the pain of my neck snapping back as fast as it did, i got up and did it again. so you just have to face your fears. and when you do, get a spot the first time until youre comfortable doing it again. and let them know tht you havent done it in a while and youre really nervous, so if they could spot you heavily youd appreciate it. but i hope this helps, and good luck. =)

Go back to class and start from scratch. You need a spotter to help you get over until you are ready to go on your own.
