This is also known as "Bluephone", it enables you to have one phone which acts as your landline and mobile. When you are at home it routes calls over IP using the broadband connection. Once you leave home it switches onto the mobile network and routes calls over that. You can also route calls over IP at the WI-FI hotspots around the country, overall the service is very clever and £25 a month seems a good price. The only limitation is the small range of handset options available but if you are prepared to live with that I can't see any major issues.

BT wouldnt touch them with a bargepole, robbing bastards. yeah 25 a month sounds good, then you'll get hit with hidden fees usage restrictions ect ect. i was with NTL for 3 years, switched houses then NTL bought out telewest. we wanted a phone but NTL couldnt fit us on the nearest junction box, so we turned to BT they reactivated the old line but never bothered to give us a new number, everytime we phoned to complain we were put on hold. and anyway any company that is now O2 are a bunch of thieving bastards. i piss on BT.
