i was denied admission to 2007 fall quarter. i was wondering what are my options besides appealing

Try to go to another UC campus or the CSU. If you really insist to graduate with UCI, than try to transfer back later. If you have black mark with UCI, then...it is another story. It is not the end of the world. There is life after college. Good luck.

What were the grounds? Your GPA? If that was it, go to a different school, (CSU or community college) to raise your GPA. Then reapply for the Spring of 2008. I am not familiar with the appeal procedure for denial of admission. Good luck!

You could go elsewhere, or you could go elsewhere and do really well, then try to transfer in a year or two.
