Depends on how long the line is at the 7-11 and if you've got a good ID . . .

BTW . . . what's an "extiment" ? ?

Hehe...this is the worst misconception. Most people think (and who's to blame them when you have commercials selling you weird spinning machines to build up a "sexy core") that sit-ups give you a sexy stomach. Well, not really. They do tone your muscles and they do burn calories but no where near enough to get what you're looking for. You already have a six-pack. You may not be able to see it, but you do. The reason you can't see it, is because your percentage of body fat isn't low enough. A woman needs to be about 15% body fat to begin seeing a six-pack. So, to answer your question, it depends on what your body fat percentage is now. To get an accurate body fat percentage...you can look up machines that will do it or ask your doctor. There are also websites that use algorithms to figure it out, but those can tend to be off slightly. If you want to get that six-pack sooner...you may want to start doing more exercises than just sit-ups. You're going to need cardio and maybe some muscle-building exercises to drop your body fat percentage down. Good luck!!!

As a comment to the first person who answered....I get more guys looking like a guy than I did looking like a girl so :P (don't listen to him).

depending on how many you do and what exercises are used. my sisters took here about 2 years. she did sit ups, ran, she as very athletic you should have no problem geting a six pack as long as you eat right and exercise on a daily bases.

You need more than situps. Doing situps will simply build muscle, which of course is the basic starting point of the sixpack, but you also need to burn fat. And a lot of it! Without a low body fat percentage you will just have muslces hiding underneath a layer of belly fat.

So keep working at it and it will happen when your body fat percentage gets low enought!
