i used to be like 115 and i know thats overwieght i gained 5 lbs in 1 month no kidding and doesnt know how to lose it

everybody is built differently, so to lose weight, you need to work differently than others. I'm sure that you probably get enough excerise, all what I could recommend is that if you wanted to lose weight (why thats not overweight?) just watch how much food you eat.

You are not overweight. Work out a little. Go for walks or jog a little. Don't think you have to be stick-thin.

thats not very big. but u gotta eat healthy and exercise to lose weight and keep it off...

.....that kind of problem is very easy to solve here in our country, and it's very effective, drink 1 bottle of vegetable oil yeah really!!
