where could I advertise my requirements on yahoo.com?

Is there anyone out there interested to make money sending his somekind of a ferry boat to serve between the islands of Kiribati? I am ready to assist or provide information that may be needed.

There doesn't seem much in the way of resources there. Are you sure there is a need and the economics for a ferry to survive? I would be interested if you can supply some numbers.
