You certainly picked an unusual question to explain what you wanted. Are you boiling your semen?

When we boil milk the water and fat gets separated from each other. The fat being of lower density floats on the suface forming a coat over the milk surface. So, when milk boils it expands, the vapours could not escape because of the layer of fat and these vapours pushes the fat layer upwards and the level of milk rises. Sometimes under pressure the vapours gets dissolved in the liquid milk causing super expansion of the liquid and results in spurting of milk.

Your question has no synchronization. But it's ok. I will answer what i know.
Semen is an organic fluid (also known as seminal fluid) that usually contains spermatozoa. It is secreted by the gonads (sexual glands) and other sexual organs of male or hermaphroditic animals for fertilization of female ova. The process of discharge is called ejaculation.

Certain dysfunctionalities:
1. less sperm motility
2. low sperm count
3. dryness of semen due to lower seminal secretions.

All this leads to infertility.

Thank you.

Milk contains Fats.
When it is heated it starts evaporating but at the same time there forms a layer of fat on milk. This layer traps the water vapour this water vapour rises the milk while boiling

Any thing, wheather solid or liquid or even of gaseous form, which gets heated expands itself. Scientificaly speaking, when we boil the milk, the gases disolved in it also expands and rises up , along with the liquid , i.e, the milk. so, due to the heat the level of the milk rises.

when you boil milk a layer of cream forms over the milk which stops steam below it to release into air, but when you continue boiling the pressure below that cream layer increases and the milk level rises.
