Is there a Harvest Moon Games for a PC???

i found a ROM file of Harvest Moon but i cannot play it with windows and I already unzipped the files but i still cant open it. what should I do?

Not now but there might be a game called Harvest Moon Online. Harvest Moon Online is an online version of the Harvest Moon series supposedly to be for the PC. It is rumored to be released from 2007 to 2008. Not much has been confirmed about the game.
