I'd buy some luxurious apartments in london, paris and new york and I would travel between them...
I would also buy tons of new clothes and accessories, and I would arrange a shopping spree for myself only about once a week.
I'd help financially all my friends and family, I'd travel, I.... run out of ideas.
Life would be totally different, but I'd like it.
However, I'd still work. Without it every day would be boring...

A centillion is 10 to the 303rd power, it is about the largest number you can write. There isn't that much money in the world.
If you had that much, you would literally own the world and everything in it. You could go anywhere public, buy anything and bankrupt all the banks in the world simultaneously.
Wouldn't it be nice to charge the banks excess overdraft fees insteead of the other way round.

I would construct a pyramid that would make the Great Pyramid of Giza look like a hut for a home right in the middle of Hollywood. I would buy every nuke on the planet and shoot them into space for a fireworks display upon the grand completion of my pyramid. I'd be the same the world would just be different after a Utopian society emerged.

I would keep that cash for investments,
Hire top world class bodyguards,
Help the poor in food resources,
Provide travel photo packs,
Propose a new way of governing,
Abolish ridiculous death laws (unless it is committed murder under genuine agenda of an individual),
Allow relocation of each individual strictly according to their individual beliefs of many layers,
Build long and strong bridges around on every land possible,
Aid NASA in its development of space,
Help with deep sea discovery,
Aid in scientific research for health benefits and compose a interesting insight to it,
Get research on storing the brain into a petabyte drive after making the 2 petabyte drive possible,
Form strict regulations and regular security checks on using petabyte drives for brains,
Form strict regulations and regular security checks on media, journalism and news sites. etc

What is that, like having a million Cents?
Seriously, what is a Centillionaire?
"Who wants to be a Centillionaire?" Regis? Chris? Can you answer, please?
To ElfLaeda, thanks - that's a seriously huge amount...
I'd use it to feed the world and clear all world debts...
And I'd buy a new toothbrush...
