How can you change someone from being lazy about everything to wanting to do everything (keeping there house clean, finding a job ect...)

Try reading up on "positive reinforcement." It's a psychology term for affecting someone's behavior through praise. If they do even a tiny little something, then praise them to the max. If they do something thing you don't like, say, "That's not like you." Sit them down the first time and say, "I believe that in your heart, you're an ambitious, tidy person. It's really not like you to sit in filth and not work." Then, every day, repeat it. "It's not like you to be untidy." If they take even the tiniest initiative, like putting something away or helping with something, praise, praise, praise! Also, don't criticize anything that moves them in the direction you want. Don't say, "Thanks for loading the dishwasher but you did it wrong" because then they'll never do it again. At first, they'll think you're crazy, but after about three weeks, it works.

not without drugs like adipex, and they where born that way or their mom didn't teach them how to clean up after their selves

Scare them. You have to get them out of their comfort zone.
