im so confused how does turn into a hollow

For me, he's not a full hollow because he's still a shinigami.
As i've seen from an episode, he's almost transformed into a hollow after his training with Uruhara wherein he was tested to regain his lost shinigami powers before the worm-like creatures eat his soul chain up to his heart because if the creatures did, he will be a hollow BUT while attempting to recover his powers, Ichigo began transforming into a hollow from the corrosion of his severed soul chain but he succeeded in awakening his shinigami powers, but retains his hollow spirit inside himself from the transformation.
So, you can see in the next episodes that there's point of Ichigo's fighting where there will be a formation of a hollow mask, a remnant of what had happened to him. Initially, Ichigo's hollow mask would appear on his body to block fatal blows, which he never noticed until after the fight had ended. But the hollow claims that it manifests itself to protect Ichigo during near-death moments because it is connected to Ichigo, and it would be a great inconvenience to the hollow if Ichigo were to die.

Because he can? They never offered a whole explanation on why he can transform into a hollow. We all know that he resisted the transformation because of how the "Hollowization" was going: from the head to the body instead of the body then the head.
I don't consider him a full hollow because he doesn't have the hole in his body, he can only use the mask for a small time frame to increase his attacks. He is more in terms with the Vizards.

Ichigo lost his shinigami powers when Rukia went back to Soul Society. Urahara put him through rigorous training to get him ready to enter soul society, and one of them was breaking his chain and causing the chain to devour itself. This process turned him into a hollow or almost a hollow, but Ichigo, of course, was able to borrow the abilities of his hollow side to be a shinigami. If I remember correctly, he's on borrowed time though and the hollow was waiting inside him to take over his body.

it started when zangetsu trained him to be stronger.... That's the time i think when he fought zaraki kempachi.... His inner hollow awakens every time he needs to fight more aggressively... A group called vaizard trained him to control his inner hollow personality,

because he has more sprit energy than anyone. he cant control this power, so hollows are trying to take over his demon inside. but if you seen all the episodes until 134. you know that he has controled it. he learned to any way.

he turns in2 a hollow by eating that seed, or peble, or something like that. its just the peble is alive so they use that lion doll as its body. ^^
