contact your local fire station or bring them there. they will take care of disposing of them for you.
or give to a friend who wants to set them off.

open them and dump their contents into a container and rinse it.rinse the empty fireworks and chuck them normally.

where I live you can hand them in to the police. They will dispose of them safely.

y don't u just set em off? but yeah...i'd have to say take the gun powder or w/e's in em and rinse them out...gun powder is no good wet...and soak the rest of it
