Yes but I found there was always a reason - I had just pushed the pain down so far, I forgot the reason. But the pain was still there...

Yes. You might be pregnant or having PMS. Cry really hard and get it out then you'll feel better. A good cry in a nice long shower does wonders.

omg yes!! i used to do that all the time an have no idea why. but not so often recently..i have found so much to smile about that i cant even think about crying so much anymore.
