I received a piece so small I returned to the counter "what the hell was this?" The guy behind the counter said "it's a wing". Not the answer I was expecting, feeling like I wanted to throttle him

I asked for a replacement which they agreed to so these people know they sell an undersized product. As this piece is consistently so small they should give this piece away for free or let the chicken grow to a suitable size

2 wings should count as 1 piece of chicken.

yes definately: i used to be a kfc devotee, zinger burger meal everytime. untill 2 years ago my missus brought home a zinger meal, the chicken burger was so hard i could have used it to prop up a wobbly coffee table. ever since then i dont touch kfc. the same for big mac and burger king. the thought of eating a whopper makes me want to puke. anyway if i go into a burger joint at 8 am and order a burger i expect a burger and not to be lectured to that "we at mcdonalds only serve breakfast meals untill 10am" HA! a burger chain that wont sell burgers until 10am, and while were on the subject of small pieces have you noticed the size of wagon wheels lately? christ! its like a communion wafer coated in chocolate. and another thing "gasp" why is it everytime im at the post office theres always an old woman trying to pay for a 1st class stamp with 1p and 2 p pieces, i'm in a hurry the getaway cars ticking over and i'm in the middle of trying to commit armed robbery.

I agree. I got a couple of dinners to go a few days ago. When I got home and shared it with the family, the chicken was dry and the pieces were small. I swear it was too young to be taken from its mother.

dont you know the wings are the best part. they sell at premium prices in the us. there are wing franchises who sell nothing else. you have no idea do you. haven't you heard of buffalo wings from buffalo new york? been a biggie deal for two decades i suppose. cooked real butter and super hot sauce. in the supermarktets chicken wings are the highest price part of the chicken. $10 for a small package, i guess that traslates to over three pounds for about eight wings un cooked. well, it was a wonderful marketing trick and i am tired of them. who cares. they are the tastiest part if cooked right. tender and all the skin and spice. but more us marketing "genius" for our pathetic little sheeple. baaaa bbbaaaaa more buffalo wings please. heavy on the blazing hot sause to burn holes in my stomach.

That's because they are really cruel to the chickens. They hardly feed them, and they basically torture them and skin them by boiling them alive(i read it in a newspaper article couple years ago). So the chickens don't become plump because they are starving and abused. It's digusting. KFC should be digusted in themself.

I DEFINITELY agree with you, I thought that was hilarious! I'm glad you returned it to the counter and they gave you a replacement.
