x4 weakness to grass type since it is Water and Ground type.

Only grass type moves. Quagsire is water and also ground. Beware if you are using a water type pokemon as it's ability may be water absorb, be careful!

quagsire is water/ground, its pretty hard to be good agaisnt both but electricity is ineffective because of the ground, so you should use grass

Grass. Water is normal against it and electricity has no effect, try not to use water attacks though because its ability could be water absorb.
