I doubt that you have a serious problem other than hemorrhoids, which are blood vessels that form cushions around the anus. Sometimes they dilate and bleed.
Your parents love you. Tell whichever one of them that you feel the most comfortable with "every time I have a BM there is some bright red blood and I'm worried". They will arrange for you to go to the doctor who can help figure out what is wrong. VERY rarely there is something more significant than hemorrhoids, and that is why it is important to get checked out. Your parents want to know - tell them exactly what I said and that you want to go to the doctor and they will help you.

It could be several things from internal hemorroids to stomach ulcers...but the main thing is you need to tell your parents so they can take you to your doctor. He will determine where the blood is coming from. If the blood is bright red, it's more than likely a hemorrhoid or possibly if your "poop" as you call it, is large, it could be tearing the delicate skin of your rectum, causing you to bleed. The doctor can check your stool for hidden blood and possibly check your hemoglobin or iron to see if you have lost too much blood. Good Luck.

the question you need to ask is why the bleeding is happening. Are you constipated...meaning are you having trouble going to the bathroom...is it painful, does it comes out in pieces instead of one smooth bowel movements. No to be gross, but if the blood is around your anus, then I wouldnt worry as its a result of you pushing hard and popping some blood vessels around the anus...however, if there is blood in your stool then it could be a symptom of a bigger issue and I would see a doctor right away. If its the first issue then you need to start eating high fiber foods and/or using something like metamucill or psyllium husks in juice to get your bowel moving easier.

You could have a GI Bleed, which could be serious. GI Bleed means that you are bleeding some where inside you. The blood is absorbed in your bowls and when you go to the bath room you pass it. You also could be passing very large turds and ripping your self when you go. If you are not going ever day, and your turds are very hard get some stool softeners and that should clear up your problem.

You probably have a internal hemroide or hemroids, you get them when you strain your rectum and you can get them on the outside of your rectum as well as inside, you need drink more water and take a stool softener. Their are some very good ones over the counter. You should also go see a doctor this could cause you lots of problems later on in life.
