Average is the key word. What is average? Some feel good at a very light weight while others feel good at a heavier weight. So as long as the person feels good and can function any weight would be fine. If you're looking for a poundage then maybe 90 pounds up to 200 or more depending on the person of course.

They should weigh at least 135 pounds, and lighter than that and they look anorexic or bulimic. The best weight is between 135-150 pounds.

That depends on the gender, age, and build of the person in question. According to Weight Watchers, an adult of up to 25 years of age should weight between 128-147 pounds. But I would talk to your doctor to make sure of YOUR optimal weight.

Dorkboy is right. Average is the key. My question is whether or not she is healthy? From what I'm hearing so far she is tired.
