The light from the sun comes through the atmosphere and then reflects the color of the ocean and sea the then again be reflected back to the atmosphere and then the atmosphere acts like a giant mirror, and the light comes to our eyes

The blue colour in the sunlight is scattered more than any other colour by the molecules of oxygen and nitrogen in the atmosphere.That is why the sky is blue.

The blue sky is simply sunlight being refracted by the atmosphere and the particles in it. It just so happens to refract the light in a way that makes it appear blue to us.
