have lots more stuff i just dont have the space for it should i throw it all out

If you have any siblings and you don't want anything, ask if they might use some of the stuff, and if you want to use it later, could you get it back??
Decide what is the most expensive
Decide what your theme is
Decide what you can afford to do without
Learn that it is only stuff. LET IT GO! Sell it on Ebay or in the newspaper ads. You will see that the other things that you can be using is more rewarding and more satisfying.

If you've forgotten about it, haven't used it in 6 months or more, get rid of it. You didn't miss it then, you won't miss it now.
Give what you can to charity and have a yard sale with the rest. Might as well make some money cleaning up your clutter.

A good rule of thumb is "If you haven't used or needed it in a year then it's ok to donate or throw away.." Just start sorting in to boxes DONATE,TRASH,SELL,KEEP.. .Look for places the buys used cd's/DVD's/VHS.. You won't get nearly what you paid for the item, but it's better than nothing.. .Save the money for something you really want like a vacation or something big ! Good luck

like she said have a sale, if you are in a good neighborhood have an open house sale; but put covers over what is not for sale. some of the small stuff move it all into one room, when the sale is over pack the rest up and call goodwill or salvation army they'll come pick it up.

If you haven't seen it or used it in a year, then you don't need it. If you want to get rid of it fast, just stick it in your yard with a sign that says $50 on it. It is guaranteed to be stolen quickly. If you stick it outside with a sign that says free then no one will mess with it.
