Most people would answer "No" to this question without doubt, but the truth is, most peole ARE haters and just don't know it.
These days everyone complains about being hated on, but no one ever claims to be a hater. So before u answer my ?. Ask yourself this: Have I ever had animosity toward, copped an attitude toward and/or gossiped behined ones back for an unjust reason like: "they're too cocky", " they think they're all that", "he/she is too concieded" or any other related reason? If so, YOU are a HATER! Why must you feel animosity toward someone because they think they're hot stuff, and you don't? Is it because YOU dont feel you're hot stuff and you're jelous? hey, dont get offended, I used to do the same thing untill I realized i was hating. So instead of hating, incourage them and be glad someone is feeling good about themselves. You should do the same thing. Because if YOU think youre all that, YOU ARE! And everyone around you will notice:)

i see your point and i agree with it. Maybe i am a hater. I'm not going to lie I've done it a couple of times before. I don't necessarily agree with "hater" only being animosity toward someone without an justifiable reason like gossip. personally i don't think i am one in the way that u say:

when people are like that yes i point it out but only for the person to like u said be encouraged ........but most of the people confuse "conceited" with being "proud".

Ur absolutely right.My greatest sin is hating. Loving the sinner but not the sin is hard and damn near impossible for us mortals who seem to judge without even realizing what we are doing.I happen to HATE the Hater.How messed up is that? I hate child molesters and mistreaters of the disabled. I hate bullies and those who prey on the weak.I don't want to hate anyone but it's a hard thing to control.I believe if you live a just life and you have health and family then you should TRY to leave the hating behind. If only everyone thought the same,but then again ,not everyone has health and family and reasoning to fall back on.What a tangled web.

Thank you for the lesson. This has been a life changing experience. Actually, no, it hasn't but it was fun to read. No, I'm not a hater, nor have I accused anyone of hating on me. Furthermore, I find the term a little silly. Yes, I do talk about people behind their backs, and I'm not proud of it, but I've never called anyone conceited. I usually talk about someone after he or she does something horrible. If someone has a lot of confidence, or even if they are full of themselves, it certainly doesn't affect me, so why even mention it? More power to them.

I have gotten mad for unjust reasons, but I don't gossip behind other people's backs. Are you saying that you've never gotten mad or gossiped for unjust reasons? I'm not sure what the point of this question was, but everyone has problems with making mistakes, and so yes, everyone here has 'hated' at one point or another.

I think you're talking about someone specifically and if I knew who, I might agree. Modesty suits people best I think. I tend to feel more sorry for those who are conceited, not hate.
