Francesca is mainly French and Isabella is mainly Mexican but I guess they could be pulled off as Italian names. When I hear either I think of either France or Mexico.
Geovana is a very pretty Italian girls name. Beleive it or not Anna is also Italian. I dont know a lot of Italian names but those are two

Isabella
Actually a combination of the two... either Francesca Isabella or Isabella Francesca doesn't sound bad at all.

Francesca reminds me of that drink that is out. I think Isabella is very cute though. When I here Isabella I think of this pretty young girl with long beautiful hair.

I love Isabella, but Francesca is pretty also - you also have to think of nick-names - Francesca will end up being called Frankie and Isabella with probably be Bella - whether you like it not, kids always get nick-names.

i like Isabella better. Francesca seems too long of a name & it'll be hard for the child to pronounce it when they go to school. i'm not sure why, but i like Isabella better. also Maria. that's a good & cute italian name
