The first movie that scared the **** out of me was when i was in my early teens & i watched a movie called 'Evil Dead'.The reason it scarred me was because i lived in the mountains & having the limbs from the tress chasing you & attacking you was all a bit to much for me to handle with living so close to all the trees ion the mountains. The scene that got me the most was the one where the limb from the tree went right inside the girl between her legs & went straight through her, looking back on it i can find it funny to watch as there was not many if at all special effects.

I was about 6 when we saw "Carrie" (1982 or somthing) anyway, I was so scared of that muddy hand that came up from the grave... my sister would push me in the basement bathroom and turn off the lights and say hauntingly "Caaarrrrrriieee, Carrrrrriee, the hand is gonna geeeeet youuuuuu!" I couldn't reach the light switch and I would just scream as loud as I could, then I cracked the mirror by screaming. Then my mother found out what she did, and beat my sister so bad with a brush, broke the brush and then beat her with her a belt.

It. By far. I hate clowns. My brother and I invited some friends over to watch a movie, and my brother picked IT. I wasn't there when they chose the movie. The whole movie, I was curled up in a ball and closing my eyes for most of the movie.
I finally got comfortable, and was drifting off to sleep, when my husband before we were even together hovered over me because everyone wanted to know if I had fallen asleep. I felt this presence above me and I opened my eyes.
I screamed and almost punched his lights out because I wasn't expecting it. Everyone thought that was hilarious, especially him. I don't think I got to sleep that night.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre. (especially when that girl is walking around the house in daylight, and Leatherface comes from that hidden door under the house, and grabs her, she's screaming, and he pulls her in slams the door shut, and it's dead quiet outside. They have everything so soundproofed! Amityville Horror spooked me when the clock struck 3:15 !

The Exorcist. Freaky as hell. Doesn't matter how old you are, this one makes you flinch at least a few times/
It was Poltergeist when I was a little boy: I couldn't sleep in a room with a tree outside the window for a LONG time.
