Two suggestions; one (1) Sing! Second (2nd) Recall that Scene in the Film "Psycho" Act like you are being murdered by a crazy man with a butcher knife! Scream your Lungs Off! It will relief stress and maybe attract someones' attention!

I smole in the shower too. No big deal, just remember to pick up ur butts so they don't go down the drain. Its like a ritual for me, I don't walk in there with out one.
you can clean urself and stuff like that tho.

Get some soap and a rag....wash yourself...then get some shampoo and condition wash your hair...get out brush your teeth then brush and blow dry your hair or what have you....I wish you luck!
