there are no common law statues in oklahoma that would make you legally responsible for caring for her or the kids, no matter how long you date. but u better not marry her, cuz that changes everything!

Just dating someone couldn't make you pay child support. Now, if you got married and then divorced pay attention to how the form is filled out. There is a place that if you were to sign it you take legal responsibility for the kids and then you might be held responsible for child support. However, if their dad pays child support then I don't see how they could make you pay child support unless you two had babies together.

Not if you date her, but if you marry her and leave her at some future date, you could be required to pay child support. For sure if you adopt the children, but quite likely (depending on where you live) if you have been supporting them while you were married to their mother, and helping raise them.

Date? Not hardly. Why doesn't their daddy pay? Even if you lived with her, which you must have or you would not be worried about child support, you can not be required to pay her child support.

I don't see how you could be deemed legally or financially responsible for kids that are not yours, nor were you married to their mother...so I would say no.

I don't believe so. Only if you adopted them and took on parental rights. However please be careful when you are dating someone with children, parent's relationships can be very stressful for them.
