Both. Selig for not moving fast enough; Bonds for his denial.

Selig by far for not allowing Pete Rose into the Hall after basically telling Rose what he needed to do for reinstatement and then decided to yank it like the kids used to do to the Trix Rabbit.

Selig, he is the biggest joke for a commishiner in the history of sports. I cant wait for Cal Ripken or Bob Costos to be the next commish.

Bonds by far.
At least Selig understands the fans' importance to the game, and what the game is really about - the fans.
Bonds care about one thing: Barry Bonds. He is an @$$hole.

Selig: He's horrible, he doesn't care about the game, the league or the sport, rather, he cares about his reputation.
Bonds (one of my favorite players) gets hated because he won't kiss the asses of the media & the fans.

Baseball would get along just fine without either of them.
Seligula has the bigger albatross around his neck (well, this is the largest among several) -- the cancellation of the 1994 season.
