My bones snap, crackle and pop when I workout! When I move my legs in any quick motion they go creek, pop, crack, snap and any other weird sounds you can imagine. Mostly from my hip joints and knees. I probably could make my own sound track!

Its actually the joints between two bones( like your knuckles or your knees) That crack. The cracking is made by something called Synovial Fluid, which is pressurized then pushed through the cavity around your joint, making a noise!

yeah, i think it's because i don't have enough calcium in my bones. but that is not a reason to worry. if i don't have calcium in my bones, then maybe they will turn into puddy and i'll be like the amoeba boys or like elastic man.

Yes, but the reason for that is because of the air bubbles in your bloodstream.
