If she's staggering, I'd say Lindsey Lohan. If she's chewing gum with her mouth open, wearing the tackiest outfit you could think of, holding a Starbucks in one hand and a baby in the other, I'd say Britney Spears. If she's talking on a cell phone, holding a very small dog or other small animal, and looking at her reflection in the windows as she's passing them, I'd say Paris Hilton--although she is now carrying books-- OMG! from what the latest pics show. I didn't know she could read. And if she is wearing big sunglasses, is skinny as a rail but wearing a lowcut tight outfit so that her cleavage is spilling out over her top, has a sour expression on her face with her lips tightly pursed, and generally looks like she's superior to everybody, I'd say Victoria Beckham. But I live in CA so it's kind of obvious.

It's my poor next door neighbour whose dumbass husband left her because she wants kids and he doesn't.
