If possible, it would be one hell of a ride/fall....

Well, first you would be instantly insinerated by the star.... so that would kinda suck

Then your ashes would freeze instantly in space....

Then assuming that over thousands of years your frozen ashes actually make it to where it can break through our atmosphere and hurdle towards earth at tremendous speed then splatter into the street...

I don't think it would hurt at all considering I'd be a pile of thousand year old frozen ash

stars don't shoot. Imagine if our sun (a star) just hurtled away without us planets? If you mean a meteor, you would burn up in the atmosphere and your charred remains would sprinkle the earth, but most likely the ocean.
