You mean things we can imagine but haven't created yet?
Well, here is a small list:
- teleporters
- food replicators/synthesizers
- time travel
- faster-than-light travel
- a car that washes itself
- flying cars or personal hovercraft
- dinnerplates that stay warm without burning your hands
- TV worth watching (there is NOTHING on TV in the summer)
- a computer that doesn't need a degree in computer engineering just to make it ding when you get new mail

Life was not invented. But, the question can be asking more than one thing. The speed of light barrier has not be broken as has the speed of sound which, has been broken.

Most of the things that haven't been invented we can't even conceive of. Here are some things:
A way to use fusion for a viable power source.
A way to make nanotechnology.
A way to make antimatter in usable quantities.

There is an answer that will always apply to this question. The answer is
"Anything" that costs less to produce than it costs to produce that same thing now.
Another version is
"Anything" that is made creating less pollution and waste than is produced making that same thing now.
Improvements to things that are already known are always waiting to be invented.

Skipping past the obvious sci fi stuff, a single theory on how the universe works. This may allow us to determine which of our imagined technologies: perpetual motion, time travel, faster than light travel are even possible.
