Do you need the Sims 2 game to install and play the Sims 2: University???

Ok, like you all said, i need the SIMS 2. can i play University if i have the Sims 2 deluxe?

Yes. The box tells you that you need The Sims2 base game to play. You can also play it if you have the Sims2 holiday delux pack.

Yes, University is just an expansion and you must have the base game to play any of the expansions.
