I don't know... why don't you pose this question to someone in FEMA. They suppressed warnings about toxic levels of formaldehyde in FEMA Katrina evacuee Trailers and initially refused to allow an independent inspection team because they don't want to be held liable.

Think cockroaches are bad, my neighbors have bedbugs, so I always have to check my bed for them.
I wonder if the people in the FEMA trailers have to deal with them too, probably yes. Since they are resistant to cheap insecticides that FEMA probably has.

Your question has discriminative overtones. I live in a rural area where there are doublewides that are valued in excess of 200,000 dollars. My only reason for not living in one are those damn cockroaches.
