It depends on what type of modeling you want to do, but most models must be at least 5'7" and wear a size 9 shoe. There are EXTREME specifications you must have. Things that you wouldn't even think matter... well they do! It's crazy. But don't give up. There are all sorts of different kinds of modeling out there so never settle. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it. You don't have to do runway or supermodeling. You could start out with small things then work your way up! Experience, motivation and determination is all you need. There are schools for modeling that you can go to if you are truly interested. Get a professional photographer to take some good pictures of you and build up a portfolio. That's a great way to begin! Good luck!

Uh, yes. Way too short, sorry. You have to be at least 5'8. If you don't grow like 5 inches in the next three years, you're screwed.
But actually you can look for petite modeling work. Just be sure you're otherwise very pretty, acnefree, thin-- there is a niche for people your size (I am also quite short).

yeah. ppl in the modeling industrie consider 5ft 7 short. its true. usually they look for models that are at least like 5ft 9. i was watching antm (americas next top model) a while ago and there was this one girl that was 5ft 6 and she got eliminated for being too short. and i was watching this other modeling show and they caled this model tiny cause she was like 5ft 8. so good luck with that. but the industry is harsh so i suggest u take another path

Depends on where you want to model but yes.
Generally being 15 people want a model that is at least 5'7 and hight boost with heels.
But you should try anyways.
I know a model who is 5'3 1/3 and 5'5 so you never know.
:D

Sorry, but I'm pretty sure you are. A lot of mainstream modeling agencies (especially those who supply catwalk models) will actually turn you away if you're shorter than 5'10". It sucks, but hey - acting (which, a lot of the time, goes hand-in-hand with modeling) doesn't have any height requirements! : )

you are too short to be any kind of fashion model. most are at least 5'8" (and even that is short). But if you have a certain look you might be able to book some jobs for commercial shoots or something. Plus you have time to grow.

At 5'3 no model agency would let you in. You got to be at least 5'8 and in some case even taller.

You can still do very thin teen fashion?
Just stay away from the makeup, it's the stuff that makes you look like a 20 something year old hooker.
There's a niche for everyone.
Stay a teen.
