always in my head, but often aloud as well. i say it aloud when i am in a hurry. but good question, i probably wouldn't have thought that i did that until i saw the question.

Only out loud when I'm trying to make a point or something.

And my mom'll be like What?

LOL i usually say it out loud it's SO weird but then if other ppl around i say it in my head LOL this is the most unique question Ive ever sen :)!

i mainly say it in my head, but when there is a lot of stuff making noise, or i just can't concentrate, then i have to say it aloud for it to make any sense to me.
