I'm planning to build a house, but I'm not sure how much it will cost to wire a house for about 10 outlets with cable, internet, and phone capabilities. Does anyone know? I appreciate any feedback.

Unless you have a very small house,,, extremely small house, you will have more than 10 outlets. There are certain requirements as per the National Electrical Code that you are going to have to deal with. As for cost. Due to spiraling copper prices what I used to pay $50 for 2 years ago now costs $150 it's absolutely insane! so,,,,,,,,,,, without square footage it all depends on the size of the home.
Hope this helps

hey Ive just did this , to a big two story building , and didn't have a clue lol.
i was informed by a PC guy i needed to space the wire about 18ind away from the elc .wire, so i did that ,
you need a place where the main box will end,and just ,pull a wire for each ,called cat 5 wire ,cost about 25 cents a yard
an leave ,say 2 ft at either end ,to the plug etc.

then hire your pc guy to hook it up , i would guess about $50 a hours,

First timers get the cable for free or about $10.00 a room from the cable company as long as you sign up for service as for the phone, the phone company should do it, an electrician will charge the most. Somewhere about 2-3 hundred depending how hard it is, Get as many free estimates as you can. Timing is also important but don't tick off your Contractor with surprise sub work.

Depends. Are you talking seperate systems, or coax/fiber-optic to handle everything?? IF your having the house built, your having everything installed, so I dont think there would be a lot of increased expense over whatever you already have on your floor plan.

Biggest expense will be labor, and if they are dragging wire anyway, there wont be much more to do.

When you have your house built ask the electrician to wire it for these objects, this is usually how it's done. Make sure the contractor knows you want it wired.
