They disconnected the computer for four days and three nights and here is the symptoms I noticed relating to an Internet addiction withdrawal:
1. Smoking more than usual.
2. Talking to yourself.
3. Depression.
4. Psychosomatic illness especially sickness to stomach.
There were several others but I don't have my list handy. Things that were not affected were sleep or appetite or sex drive.

Decide why you joined in the first place. If that reason is still true or it still brings you satisfaction, you should stay. If you are unhappy with answers, do something else. I don't know you at all and have no idea if you contribute so you have to decide what you want from this web page and make your own decision.

Are you crazy, this is great, I love to answer a few questions when I'm killing time. It helps clear my head. Don't quite, this is great. Why would you want to give up on something that is fun to do and free.
