Usually there are dance studios which offer classes in just about every community. Some schools offer classes as well as community centers, gyms, health clubs, and cheerleading gyms. You could try to teach yourself by reading books or using websites. The American Ballet Theater has a virtual online encyclopedia of terms and moves with video clips and pictures. Just about every city in the country has an adult education schedule in their school district. Many of these have dance classes at a nominal cost.
Also check your local Park & Rec for classes. Many of those also have dance classes at a nominal cost.

it all depends on what kind of dance you want to do. if you want to learn how to do ballet, modern, jazz or hip hop or something like that try finding a dance studio near your house.

i thinkt he best place depends on wat kind of dance u want to do ..i hear india, rome, u.s.a.is the countrys tht dances the best!!
