I have 2 girls who have masculine pre-fixes
Samarah Kaylah
Briannah Re'nee

I love the name Elijah, plus it ends with "ah" like my daughters.
My husband loves the name also, I just dont want it to sound like a girl name. Does it? Any good ideas for a middle name?

I think it is great. You love it, and your husband loves it, so it sounds perfect to me. I think Elijah Cole is cute. I would suggest you keep the middle name simple, and only one or two syllables. I've never met a girl named Elijah, but just to be safe, you might want to pick a masculine middle name. Nothing like Lee, or Jordan, or anything else that is unisex.

Elijah Cole
Elijah Scott
Elijah James
Elijah Gaige

or for other names ending in "ah"
Isaiah
Noah
Jonah
Micah
Jeremiah
Zebediah
Jedediah
Jebediah
Judah
Zackariah

Good luck finding the perfect middle name.

Elijah is an awesome boy's name. Its one of my personal favorites. I think Thomas goes really well as a middle name, the only problem is his initials would be ET and I don't know if you'd want that. Elijah Michael and Elijah Lee might also be considerable choices. Good luck and I think that Elijah is a great choice.

Elijah is definitely a boy name and does not sound girlish at all. I'd use a simple, one syllable name for a middle name. ie. Elijah Paul.

My fave set on the record is Alexander and Nicholas :) The names supplement one yet another so properly! My least fave is Jayden and Jaylen; they are very almost an analogous call! i'm no longer partial to twin names that sound or look comparable, yet somewhat, I want them to have 2 completely distinctive names of an analogous variety. If I have been to have twin boys suited now i might call them Fletcher Gideon and Rowan Sawyer :) Random thought -- i comprehend a collection of twins named Landon and Logan.

I love Elijah. I don't think it sounds feminine at all.

Neither does Joshua, or Micah, or Jonah.

How about Elijah Jude? or Elijah Wyatt?
