I work at Subway and right next to us is a Mcdonalds and employees from Mcdonalds come to my work all the time to eat here or take our food to eat out. They do it well they are working cause they have their unifrom on. Why? I don't have a problem with it at all I was just wondering.

I manage a Subway and this happens all the time. I always laugh and tell them that they must be craving some good food.
Personally, I would never go into another fast food restaurant in my Subway uniform.

The McDonald's people probably have more of an idea of what is and isn't in the McDonald's "food" and and less informed as to what is in the Subway "food". While I do agree that Subway probably has less fat than McD's, I wouldn't eat at either place.

Subway isn't near as fattening a s McDonalds, and people get tired of eating where they work. After smelling it all day, that is the last thing that they want to eat.

i agree with ya, i work at a subway, and there is a McDonalds up the road and the workers come up in there with there uniform. Maybe some of them really dont care, cuz mcdonalds to them is just a job.

Subway is just a good place to eat and the subs are prepared in front of the customers so they know what they are getting. So the McDonald's crew wants some of that freshness too!! Keep up the good work!!!!

I work at a fast food place and get food at other places too on my break sometimes or when I get off work. I get tired of the same food 5 days a week..you know? I guess lately I have been trying not to eat any fast food for obvious reasons.

well as an adult mcdonalds has way too much suger in there buns makes the food taste funny and thats why the kids like it so much
in the mean time as a fast food worker you get tired of eating the same stuff everyday

Not "all" Americans love dirty fast food! I make a point of questioning the actions of the workers if I see something out of place. If it's not done correctly, I don't purchase it. Odd about Subway. The ones I have been to, all of the workers wear gloves....... and they change their gloves frequently.
