No it is not wrong!
You should it as many times as you can. And when they run from you, as they will, with wild abandon, chase after and continue your request! even as the police corner you and surround you, do not give up your quest, this is a noble cause. There should more like you.

I don't think it's a question of being right or wrong. It's getting them to agree that's the problem. If they agree to oil down the back of a stranger then good for you.
