you can pretty much find them anywhere like target.
or an art craft store like A.C. moore.

Glow in the dark (after shining light on it) requires a pigment material (not a dye) so they are paints rather than markers. There are paint pens available at hardware stores and perhaps craft stores that may include glow in the dark.

Invisible inks that glow require UV light sources to glow. Most self glowing pigments also glow under UV
