I'd give up my sense of taste. I need everything else.

Taste is probably the least important, but I really love food (and I'm a caterer...that wouldn't be good). I'll have to say touch, because I couldn't feel pain! (I might have to go to the doc for regular check-ups, though, to make sure I didn't hurt anything). Think about it: giving birth painlessly.

Lose the sense of smell because my dog has horrible gas the veterinarian cannot cure.

I am already going deaf, so I'll stick to what I know. Besides, with sign language you can talk with your mouth full!
