Urologist or any doctor and he'll refer you somewhere.
Circumcision is becoming less common. Recovery can be painful for a few weeks.especially with erections and urination.
My view is that if you aren't having any problems with your foreskin, it's more than likely best to just leave it alone and not risk anything. You can compare the risks and negative side effects below with the reasons why you're considering it, and decide for yourself. Ultimately, if you're uncircumcised you have the advantage of choosing what you want and ending up satisfied in the end. =)

The USA is the last advanced nation doing it, but rates have fallen down from over 90% in the 1960s to as low as 21% here in California currently. From CNN:

Circumcision was actually promoted in the USA at first to stop masturbation (in hopes of it being tight enough to require lubes and not have skin to slide since the foreskin is already moist)

USA = highest HIV rates in advanced nations (and highest circumcision rates). CIA statistics:

And one study already trashed the claims of the study that said that circumcision reduces HIV.

Circumcision is becoming more and more wide spread not only is circumcision big in the US, but it is also starting to spread to countries and Africa, the middle east, the phillipeans, asia. There are still some cultures that don't practice it but, now more and more people are starting to see the positive affects of circumcision in health. I would recomend you visit an urologist. The prices range from 400.00 up to 2,000.00 but if you have health insurance it should cover the cost.

I really don't think it's necessary as long as you're not having problems. Just make sure to wash every day and all that. The girls who seem to prefer it are a small minority who have never seen any other; as most of the men in the world aren't circed, most of the women in the world are sleeping with men who aren't circed. In Europe, Australia, Canada, even California, circed is in the minority.

OK, from a girl's perspective...
honestly, it's cleaner to have it circumsized, and I don't think i'd have sex with a guy if it wasn't. Yes, it will hurt, a lot. But it's a personal decision. I havn't heard anything about it cutting back on pleasure for anyone. I've only slept with a guy that was circumsized, and let me assure you, it felt beyond amazing.

Don't! You'll be PERMANENTLY reducing your own sexual pleasure and that of your partner(s). It is painful for weeks afterwards, and then the head kind of numbs, and there goes a lot of your fun. There are other treatments for phimosis, if that is your reason for considering it.
Oh, yeah, it's also going out of style. Very 20th Century.

Why would you want to get circumcised? All it'll do is reduce your sensitivity. You're lucky you were left with your natural equipment, millions of babies that are circumcised each year never get the choice.
