For those in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay specifically), which location would be the easiest (and least busy) to take the driving test: Oakland Coliseum location or Hayward location? I've already had one test a year or so back at the Oakland Clairmont location. That area was really busy, and I was nervous so I didn't pass. Also, is morning the best time to take the test?

If you want a guarantee that you'll pass your driving test then don't worry about the location.
Just say that you only know Spanish (But learn to say it in Spanish of course) and DMV will just give you your license.
I had a friend once who worked for DMV and was fired because she refused to give a license to people before they even took the test.
She was told that since they were new to the Country they wouldn't be able to pass the driving test and to make things easier for them they wanted her to just give them their drivers license.
She was considered a racist for refusing to do that so they fired her.
That happened in Manteca,California at the Manteca DMV office.

first lets get down to the nitty gritty. if you pass your licenced to drive any where in the world.. If you get nervous taking the test in a buy area you cant drive safely. what are you trying to prove? you were not safe and ready..call a driving school ask for a senior instructor to give you a mock test. i hope you kept your exam paper, show it to the instructor.dont take driving for granted.. The cematary is filled with poor drivers and there victoms. some times the truth hurts
