Ok. My boobs are big...Im thinking. And I even fit into my older sis D Bra so it throws me off course. But even so, my breasts dont stick up. Like normal women. They hang. Im 13 though so Im praying to God they'll magically go up with my age. Im sick of this hanging. Help me please. Will they go up or do you have an explanation for why they hang?

Your body is still trying to grow in to itself so the hanging can be part of this phase. It takes a few years or so for the breasts to get to their adult size.
Please talk to your mom about this as well so that she can help you keep an eye on the situation and then please tell your doctor when you go in for your next check up so that they too can help you keep an eye on it.
