I believe that they can because if they couldn't, what hope would there be for any of us?

people really can change for the better if they feel like it. all they have to do is set their minds to it. if it's just a certain stage that people are going through, then yes, they'll most definately change. but if people change just for kicks and makes life around them better, they'll most likely stay that way.

Yes they can! You can always make a new beginning.
Your source of strength and determination is key.
I believe that I changed for the better because I depended on God to change me. I did not try to be good on my own strength.

Yes of course they can if they have the motivation. If they don't have a reason to change then they will stay the way they are.

you can't change people period. i alread tried changing my friend, because he smokes pot and drinks a lot. don't try just give them advice, they change by themselves
