-you can use a pack of tissue, stick the person (who is made you mad)'s picture and punch!!!
-you can also use your rage on other good things... like running a number of laps= punching the person in the face, jumping for 1000 times= kicking the person...
or for not-so-"violent" ways...
- talking to your "hater" about what you feel
- sending the person a nice email or letter

you should talk to a family member, a friend or a psychologist about your problem.

Depend on how mad I get-if its fustrated mad I scream into a pillow-if its a someone pissed me off mad, then I throw a glass, and cleaning it up helps me reflect on why I got so mad. crazy, huh?

But, seriously, if you get so upset that you lock yourself away and stop eating for a few days, you should find someone who you can talk to. Wether that be a friend, theripist, family member, whatever, it helps to find out why you stay angry for so long. I hope you can get to the center of your anger.

Why don't you try writing an angry letter to the person you are angry at? Tell them exactly what you think of them (Let it all out, curse words and all). Then after you get it out, put it in the shredder. If you are still angry, write another letter until you get it out. This helps me.

use it as fuel to work out (jog, run, lift weights, hit a punching bag etc) or try doing something you enjoy like watching a funny movie or some other hobby or activity to take your mind off of what has you mad
