I feel every relationship it is very important to have open communication and to trust one another. Relationships cannot work if people are not willing to communicate and put their best foot forward. As you said above I don't have any idea why you and your boyfriend broke up so it is hard to say if you will get back together. I am not psychic so I cannot answer that question completely. Although I do have the feeling that if you truly want to get back with someone and you truly want it to work then you have to make that effort. It isn't just up to you to make things work but your partner has to want it to work too. Expressing how you feel for someone is a great way to start. Anger and saying hurtful things will never make things right. The worse thing that could happen is you don't get back together but leaving each other as friends is the right thing to do.

You probably will get back together as a result of a drunken night. In the morning the problems in the relationship will still be there.
Should you get back together? No, you aren't right for each other. Just leave it and remain friends. Good friends, who count on each other.
I know you have your eye on someone else, it's time to approach that person and take the lead. He is approachable and you should take the intiative because if you don't, it is likely you are losing out on Mr. Right.
Hope this helps!

If it didn't work out in the first place what makes you think it will work now? No. I know it is hard but it is ALWAYS best to just move on. This isn't the movies, things just don't magically end up working out. I deal with these kind of cases everyday, except it is with married persons. It is never a good idea to get back with an ex.

Yes, you will get back together, but only for awhile. Then you will break up again. You will continue to break up until you finally realize that it is time to move on. It is definitely time for new adventures in your life.

Well if he dumped you why would you want him back. If you dumped him, then there was a reason, and you should not persue getting him back. If it was a mutual break up , then it is safe to assume that it is over for good.

Nope.
You'll meet a handsome stranger, fall madly in love, have a whirlwind affair, and go insane once you learn that he's totally mad and keeps all of his dead relatives stuffed in his basement.

Probably not. I've noticed it's very hard, and very rare for couples to go through maybe-breakups and last.
