Well if it was before the Freedom of Information act I'd have interviewed him about the CIA's actions in Afghanistan during the late 1970's. But since the lid got blown off of that one I'd turn him in an collect my reward. Then I'd expatriate to my new ranch in Andorra and live tax free for the remainder of my days.

I wouldn't call him a taxi. Because of the fact he threw this country a curve ball it wasn't ready for and GOT AWAY WITH
