Yes, we are on the right track....at least more on the right.
Out of the 4 places you have mentioned, I still prefer KL as being the best, not because I am biased or whatever.
It is the best out of the 4.

We have started to put ourselves on the fast track...think about the KL to Spore bullet train proposal.
