Well, if the blackboard was lying flat on the ground under a desert sun then, theoretically, the words could travel at the speed of light out into the Universe. Who knows where they are now?

the words were formed when little bits of chalk formed together in the shape of the letters. when you wipe the words off the blackboard the chalk dust is picked up by whatever you used to erase.

The words were never there. They were simply lines and curves artistically arranged close together in a way people recognize them. So you see, the chalk particles were simply transferred from the stick to the board and ended up on the eraser, where they will be pounded into the air and inhaled by passersby.

These little fairies (same ones that turn your fridge light on and off) take them and store them for future use just in case one day the world will be short a few words.

They are stored in the erased for later use of course! Sadly erased word retrieval is a lost art!

Into the 4th dimension, to be read by the reptilian watchers. They're observing to see how the species they intruded upon and helped to "engineer" to be dimmer than originally intended by its Designer, is coming along knowledge/ability wise :))

They turn into dust. Some of this dust is lost in the tissue or whatever you're using, but most of it just goes into the air.

Not many people know this, but they get collected by the janitor, saved up until there's a jar-full, and sent to France.
